Salesforce is seeking a Director, Growth Planning to own the investment decision process and governance across Product, Field, and Pricing. You will build business cases, run governance cadences, and track value realization with executive leadership.

You will partner with Finance, Sales, and Product to align inputs, challenge assumptions, and present clear narratives for planning cycles. This role requires senior-level influence and coaching of a small analytics team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, FP&A, corporate development, or consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Experience leading governance processes and influencing C-suite stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own the business case process for major growth and investment initiatives, including revenue, cost, payback, and risk assumptions.
• Set standards and templates for business cases across Product, Field, and Pricing.
• Run governance cadence for planning and investment reviews, including agenda, rights, escalation, and follow-through.
• Track initiatives against targets and report progress and benefits to executives; propose course corrections.
• Lead trade-off discussions with senior stakeholders and drive decisions with clarity.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Product to align inputs behind each case and the broader plan.
• Prepare executive materials for planning cycles and leadership reviews.
• Build and mentor a small team of planning and analytics talent.
