Salesforce seeks a Director, Growth Planning to own the business case process for major growth initiatives and run governance for planning and investment reviews. You will set standards for templates, coordinate with Product, Field, and Pricing, and drive decisions with senior stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Product.

You will craft executive materials, track outcomes against targets, and communicate risks and expected value to leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, FP&A, corporate development, or consulting.
• Deep financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Experience running governance processes (investment committees, planning councils, or program reviews).
• Proven ability to influence C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own the business case process for major growth and investment initiatives, including revenue, cost, payback, risk assumptions, and scenario models.
• Set standards and templates for business cases across products, field, and pricing; ensure comparability and decision readiness.
• Run governance cadence for planning and investment reviews; manage agenda, decision rights, and follow‑through.
• Track initiatives against targets and report progress, variances, and benefits realization to executives.
• Lead trade-off discussions with senior stakeholders to reach clear decisions without direct authority.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Product to validate inputs behind each case and the broader plan.
