RSM US LLP is seeking a Growth Support Specialist to collaborate with pursuit leaders, market development teams and business development professionals. You will support local market growth, manage CRM data quality and help prepare brand- and risk-compliant pursuit deliverables.

The role requires time management, problem-solving and customer service skills, with hybrid in-office and on-site work expectations after an initial 90-day period.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of related field experience.
• Some experience with customer relationship management software.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent people skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support local growth strategies and meetings; manage agendas and action items.
• Plan and support market-facing events, materials, registrations and on-site logistics.
• Maintain CRM data quality and generate pipeline reports and presentations.
