You will partner with Product, Marketing, Education, and Customer Success to set priorities and deliver measurable impact aligned with company goals. A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment will excel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth/marketing roles with leadership experience.
• Proven success driving product adoption, activation, engagement or retention.
• Experience leading cross-functional growth initiatives and data-driven experimentation.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and product-led growth strategies.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a growing team of Growth Marketers with clear goals.
• Partner with department leads to define strategic growth priorities and initiatives.
• Own strategy, planning and execution of high-impact growth campaigns and programs.
• Act as player-coach, contributing to strategy, testing and analysis.
• Set KPIs and ensure growth aligns with company objectives.
• Leverage data and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Build repeatable processes and reporting to improve performance.
