Job summary

Innovamat is seeking a Chief of Staff to the US CEO, based in New York or Los Angeles. The role is a dynamic, high-impact position to accelerate growth of a disruptive edtech company across the US.

You will work closely with the US CEO and leadership to orchestrate growth, build systems, and ensure operational excellence as we scale. This is not calendar management; it’s hands-on, strategic execution at pace.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in consulting, banking, ops/strategy at a high-growth startup or similar fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional execution skills: you prioritise ruthlessly, learn quickly, and get things done.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; you turn ambiguity into clarity.
• Outstanding communication - both written and verbal.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable building from scratch, adapting fast, and working hard.
• Track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Deep curiosity about education and/or math and impact; you want to build something meaningful.

Responsibilities

• Scale cross-functional initiatives to support growth and establish scalable processes.
• Own end-to-end execution: build plans, pilot programs, analyze performance, iterate, scale.
• Embed deeply in the business to learn what works and operationalize it across the US.
• Lead strategic projects such as new market entries, process builds, org design.
• Partner with leadership to translate strategy into action and push toward impact.
• Coordinate across teams to maintain momentum and craft high-impact reporting for stakeholders.
