San Francisco | Full-time
Would you like to be part of an innovative company with a significant social impact? Innovamat is looking for someone like you.
Innovamat is an educational organization specializing in mathematics education. Founded in Barcelona in 2017, Innovamat provides schools with a complete, research-based math program covering Early Childhood through Secondary Education, grounded in research across mathematics education, cognition, and neuroscience.
Innovamat also partners with leading thinkers and researchers in mathematics education, including Peter Liljedahl, author of Building Thinking Classrooms, and Brian Butterworth, a leading researcher in mathematical cognition and dyscalculia, bringing world-class expertise and perspectives into our broader work.
Our program integrates curriculum, teacher training, assessment, and intervention into a single coherent system. Today, Innovamat is present in 9 countries, partnering with 27,000+ teachers across 2,800+ schools and reaching more than 600,000 students. We are one of the few organizations in the sector with independently validated efficacy data from external research institutions, and the first non-American organization to pass the California State Board of Education adoption process for a core math curriculum.
The U.S. is one of Innovamat’s most important growth markets, and we’re looking for a Strategy Associate to work closely with our VP of Global Marketing, on the initiatives that will help us scale.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, growth, and go-to-market. You’ll help answer questions like:
How do we reach more schools and educators across the U.S.?
Which markets, audiences, and channels should we prioritize?
How can we build a stronger top‑of‑funnel engine?
How should we position Innovamat to drive awareness and demand?
Which initiatives are actually driving growth, and where should we invest more?
You’ll combine strategic thinking and analytical rigor with hands‑on execution, working closely with Marketing, Growth, Sales, and local market teams.
This is a high‑ownership role for someone who wants to learn extremely fast, work closely with senior leadership, and have a direct impact on building a company’s growth engine from the ground up.
Go-to-Market & Market Strategy
Analyze U.S. markets, customer segments, competitors, and growth opportunities.
Identify the channels, audiences, and messages with the highest potential to drive awareness and pipeline.
Partner with Sales and the CRO to connect growth initiatives to commercial outcomes.
Growth & Demand Generation
Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels, tracking CPL, conversion, and ROI.
Design experiments across campaigns, content, partnerships, sampling, and events; measure results and scale what works.
Create US-native marketing and sales materials, including emails, landing pages, and one‑pagers.
Support book giveaways, conferences, and other initiatives that generate leads and open doors with schools.
Analytics & Strategic Projects
Build dashboards and analyses to track funnel performance and turn data into actionable insights.
Lead high‑impact projects from problem definition through execution.
Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to turn insights into action.
We care less about your resume than how you think, how fast you learn, and the energy you bring to building something meaningful.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in a high‑performing environment such as strategy consulting, investment banking, a high‑growth startup, or a strategic marketing/commercial role.
Experience working on complex analytical or cross‑functional projects.
Exposure to growth, marketing, sales, or go‑to‑market is a strong plus.

The opportunity to help build and scale Innovamat’s U.S. growth engine.
Direct mentorship and exposure to Global Marketing and US leadership.

Meaningful ownership and the opportunity to see your work go from strategy → execution → results.
A fast‑learning, entrepreneurial environment with plenty of room to grow.
$70,000–$80,000 salary.
5% 401(k) match.
