Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for the US Marketplace Growth and Markets team. You will own a portfolio of growth projects and work closely with product, marketing, finance, and analytics to drive expansion in strategic markets.

You’ll incubate bets, run experiments, analyze outcomes, and collaborate across functions to secure resources and ship initiatives at scale. A completed Bachelor’s Degree is required, with 4+ years of data-driven problem solving preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree completed.
• 4+ years in a problem-solving role (consulting/tech/banking or similar).
• Data-driven with ability to run analysis in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL preferred.
• Collaborative, cross-functional experience and ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of growth projects for the US Marketplace.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, marketing, sales, and finance to resource and ship initiatives.
• Incubate bets from 0 to 1 and scale or sunset with clear recommendations.
• Turn strategies into operational experiments with measurable outcomes.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and iterate rollout plans.
