• Incubate 0-1 growth bets, test, and scale or sunset with clear recommendations.
• Turn strategies into operational experiments with measurable outcomes.
• Analyze data to assess financial and operational impact and iterate accordingly.
• Lead and influence cross-functional partners to ship initiatives.
