You’ll partner with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Consumer Insights and Finance to uncover campaign opportunities and influence creative direction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth marketing or related analytics roles.
• Strong experience translating data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and experiments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data and trends to generate ideas for new campaigns and creative concepts.
• Define metrics, thresholds, and reporting to spot opportunities and maximize impact.
• Oversee learning agendas, experiments, timelines, budgets, and communications.
• Synthesize insights with other teams to guide creative briefs and rapid iteration.
• Improve conversions by aligning marketing insights with product touchpoints.
• Act as a thought partner to Marketing, Data Science, Product, and Finance on analyses.
