Intuit, Inc. in Mountain View, CA is seeking a growth-focused strategist to close the gap between DIY and Assisted TurboTax offerings.

You will own the end-to-end strategy for converting at-risk customers, leading a cross-functional team spanning Data Science, Lifecycle/CRM, Outbound Sales, Product, and Finance. The role emphasizes segmentation, messaging, and channel strategy, with a strong emphasis on data-driven targeting, funnel optimization, and executive-facing performance reporting.

• Experience building 0-to-1 go-to-market strategies.
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of data science and go-to-market execution.
• Strong program management skills.

• Audience Segmentation & Messaging Strategy: define cohorts by defection driver and prioritize high-propensity segments, build segment-specific messaging and offers.
• Data-Driven Targeting & Funnel Optimization: define success metrics, build scorecards, and drive testing to refine what converts.
