Intuit, Inc. seeks a strategic Growth leader to own the end-to-end strategy for converting DIY customers to TurboTax Assisted. You will define segmentation, messaging, and channel playbooks to maximize retention and revenue.
You will sit at the center of a high-visibility, cross-functional team with a hard numeric goal, accountable for the initiative from strategy through execution, with room to scale as the mission matures.
Every year, TurboTax loses a meaningful share of its DIY customer base to Assisted competitors (CPAs, Tax Stores, etc.), and that share represents one of the largest untapped growth opportunities for our Assisted offering. This role exists to close that gap: capturing customers who are already moving away from DIY into our own Assisted products, rather than losing them to competitors who offer it.
This role owns the strategy behind that opportunity — identifying which customers are most likely to leave, understanding why (cost, complexity, confidence, or something else), and building the segmentation, messaging, and channel strategy that converts them into TurboTax Assisted before they defect.
You’ll sit at the center of a high-visibility, cross‑functional mission team with a clear mandate, a hard number to move, and the runway to define how it gets done. This is a rare opportunity to own a strategic growth lever end-to‑end, with direct accountability for one of TurboTax’s most important retention and conversion opportunities. The strategy and operating model you build here has room to expand as the mission matures.
