The role involves building strategic plans, expanding the realtor/referral partner network, and developing measures to evaluate relationship-building effectiveness while staying current with industry trends and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in mortgage banking.
• Four-year college degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lead generation compilation.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate requirements and data to grow plans.
• Develop and implement growth objectives.
