Overview:

Bizsentials Consulting is looking for a Growth Strategist to develop and execute strategies that drive business expansion, increase brand visibility, and generate new revenue streams. This role requires expertise in business development, digital marketing, and scaling strategies to help Bizsentials grow its client base and enhance its market positioning.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand Bizsentials’ consulting services and offerings.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor positioning, and customer behavior.
  • Optimize Bizsentials’ sales funnels, lead generation strategies, and conversion tactics.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand positioning, social media presence, and outreach campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs and analytics to assess the success of growth initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of new programs, workshops, or digital products to increase revenue streams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or growth strategy.
  • Strong knowledge of scaling businesses, sales funnel optimization, and lead generation.
  • Experience in market research, digital marketing, and customer acquisition.
