About the Role
This isn’t a typical “revenue manager” role. This is for someone who wants to become one of the best revenue minds in the industry.
As a Revenue Growth Strategist, you’ll own the revenue outcomes for a portfolio of high-performing short-term rentals. You’ll use tools like PriceLabs, analyze market trends, apply creative pricing strategies, and optimize every listing—every single day. Your work will directly impact your clients’ topline performance and position you as a trusted partner to 7- and 8-figure operators.
This role requires sharp analytical thinking, strategic insight, and a strong sense of ownership. You won’t just implement tactics—you’ll drive strategy, make bold calls, and back them up with data.

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 salary with OTE of $125,000
At Freewyld, we believe in recognizing the contributions of our team members through a structured bonus distribution program. Thats why our revenue managers have the opportunity to become some of the top earners in the space.
Bonus program is measured and paid out quarterly based on performance of RM portfolios and time with the company.
