Job description

Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Media, Ecommerce)

Location: In person, Clifton, NJ

Employment type: Full time

Department: Growth

Reports to: Head of Growth

About Us

Push Analytics is a growth agency for ecommerce brands. We run paid media on Meta and Google for a roster of about 15 DTC clients, most of them on Shopify, and we measure everything on blended MER (total revenue divided by total ad spend), not platform-reported ROAS. Our clients know exactly what their ad dollars return because we show them the whole business, not a dashboard that flatters itself. It's not magic, it's math.

The Role

You will run a book of client ad accounts day to day. That means building and scaling Meta and Google campaigns, pacing budgets, ranking creatives every week, writing the daily client reports, and getting on calls with the brands you manage. You work from a documented operating playbook that covers account structure, scaling cadence, and reporting, and you will be expected to follow it, question it where it is wrong, and help improve it.

What You Will Do
  • Own about 10 ecommerce client accounts across Meta and Google Ads, with TikTok on some.
  • Build campaigns to our structure.
  • Scale spend when an account is above its MER target and diagnose the bottleneck when it is not: traffic, conversion rate, or average order value.
  • Pace budgets daily on both platforms, including promo periods, and schedule changes the way the playbook requires.
  • Rank every ad weekly by purchases and cost per purchase, and brief the creative team on what to make next.
  • Write the daily client report for each account and run weekly client calls.
  • Set up and check conversion tracking: Meta pixel and CAPI, Google conversions, GA4, Shopify.
What We Need
  • 3+ years running paid media for ecommerce brands, with at least 2 of those on Meta as the main platform.
  • Google Shopping and Search experience.
  • TikTok Ads.
  • You have personally managed $20k+ per month in ad spend for a single account and can walk us through how you scaled it.
  • You can explain the difference between blended MER and in-platform ROAS, and why a brand cannot run on attributed revenue alone.
  • Comfortable in Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and spreadsheets.
  • You write clearly. Clients read your reports every morning.
  • Agency or multi-account experience, in house with a large catalog also works.
Nice to Have
  • Experience briefing creative teams or working with UGC creators.
  • HubSpot, since we implement it for some clients.
  • Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certifications.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary.
  • A small team where you own your accounts end to end.
  • Direct training on a playbook that has scaled brands to 6 to 10x blended MER.
