Job summary

Influship is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day execution and expansion of influencer, affiliate, and ambassador programs. This hands-on role focuses on sourcing, outreach, and managing creator partnerships with a remote-first setup.

You will collaborate closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager, handle communications with creators and agencies, and help drive campaign coordination and deliverables while maintaining organized records and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Hands-on experience researching, sourcing, and outreach to influencers and creators.
• Experience negotiating with influencers and/or talent agencies.
• Experience supporting influencer partnerships from initial outreach through campaign execution and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Influencer sourcing & outreach: research, identify, outreach via email, social channels, agencies.
• Influencer & agency relationship management: maintain strong relationships, coordinate with managers.
• Negotiations & contract coordination: discuss rates, terms, timelines; track status.
• Campaign coordination & execution: support from outreach to delivery, track status and deadlines.
• Community engagement: engage with influencer content and build awareness among creator partners.
• Creative support: review content, provide observations, basic edits in Figma, light video/content support.
