Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing commercial or success role.
• Experience selling or supporting online products, SaaS, or monetization offers.
• Strong experience in B2B, creator economy, or digital platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2).

Responsibilities

• Speak with warm inbound creator leads and schedule conversations.
• Lead online calls to understand goals, audience, and monetization stage.
• Present platform and offer clearly, including how it works and monetize.
• Build trust and convey confidence during live conversations.
• Guide creators through onboarding, activation, and launch.
• Own creator relationships beyond onboarding and support long-term engagement.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate notes and next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams to move creators forward.
• Manage multiple creator conversations in a high-volume environment.
