Job summary

Temporal Technologies is seeking a Staff Solutions Architect for the Growth team covering the Western region. You will lead technical engagements with prospects and customers, guiding them on platform fit and cloud service advantages.

You’ll collaborate with Account Executives, craft account plans, and act as a strategic advisor on architectural patterns, security, reliability, and cost management in production environments.

Qualifications

• Exceptional technical communication skills, including presenting, whiteboarding, and writing.
• Deep understanding of distributed system technologies, design principles, and best practices.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider and familiarity with commonly used application development and production services.
• Ability to provide insightful advice on architectural topics, including application patterns and platform architectures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with prospects to determine if their applications fit Temporal’s platform well.
• Educate customers on the technical benefits and limitations of Temporal’s platform and cloud service.
• Position Temporal as a leading solution against competing technologies and architectural patterns.
• Foster adoption and expansion of Temporal in production environments within customer organizations.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
• Manage and nurture relationships with technical decision-makers to ensure full leverage of Temporal’s capabilities.
