Job summary

Temporal Technologies is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join the New Logo team. This customer-facing technical leader focuses on the Western region, guiding prospects and customers on leveraging Temporal’s platform. Your role will involve deep technical communication with decision-makers to enhance the adoption of Temporal in production environments.

The ideal candidate will reside in Mountain or Pacific time zones and possess a strong understanding of distributed systems and application development across various programming languages.

Qualifications

• Exceptional technical communication skills, including presenting and writing.
• Deep understanding of distributed system technologies.
• Proficiency in Temporal’s supported languages.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with prospects to assess application fit for Temporal's platform.
• Educate customers on technical benefits and limitations of the platform.
• Manage relationships with technical decision-makers within customer organizations.

Skills

Technical communication skills

Deep understanding of distributed systems

Proficiency in Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP

Operational considerations in production environments

Experience with cloud providers
