Mainspring Energy is expanding its Growth team and seeks a dynamic Growth Associate to advance sales development and contribute to market strategy and growth marketing initiatives for a global customer base.

The role emphasizes empathy with customers, analytical and commercial thinking, and the use of AI tools; this remote position carries a 25% target bonus and includes stock options and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of total work experience across clean energy and/or DER technologies and sales, sales development, and/or analytics.
• Proven track record of managing and implementing successful customer outreach campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain targeting analysis and outreach approach to various stakeholders including C-Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales development training and onboarding new SDR(s).
• Managing customer outreach in SalesLoft.
• Developing thought leadership for the team on optimal approaches to outreach.
• Partner with Brand Marketing team to create segment specific activation campaigns.
• Partner with Rev Ops to launch and track the performance of those campaigns.
