Albi is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative for our new Chicago office. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn sales the right way, work with a passionate team, and build a long-term career in an exciting field.

You will be the first conversation a restoration company has with Albi, identifying owners and decision makers, and booking qualified demos for our Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated resilience and a competitive drive to win.
• Strong communication and listening skills with business owners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilités

• Make 60–80 dials per day to restoration business owners and decision makers.
• Book 12+ qualified meetings per month with clear hand-off notes.
• Research assigned territory to understand size, services, and current software.
• Qualify inbound leads quickly to prevent loss of opportunities.
• Manage sequences, tasks, and pipeline in HubSpot with up-to-date records.
