Job summary

JD Service Now LLC is seeking a Sales Development Coordinator to connect data, customers, technicians, and Project Managers. This role blends sales development with project coordination to mine opportunities and turn them into wins.

The position offers a set weekday schedule, competitive compensation, and strong benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401(k) matching. You’ll engage 60–100 customers daily and drive membership growth.

Qualifications

• Analytical and strategic thinker who can spot opportunities in data.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented.
• Experienced in phone-based sales; high-dial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze calls, customer history, and tickets to uncover sales opportunities.
• Match customers with the right technician and Project Manager.
• Contact 60–100 customers per day via phone, email, and text.
• Identify opportunities and grow Memberships using empathy, urgency, and trust-building.
• Re-engage unsold leads and recover missed opportunities.
• Support Project Managers with closing and follow-up conversations.
• Handle cancellations professionally and with care.
• Manage financing and payment collection for closed deals.
• Keep customer activity organized in ServiceTitan CRM.
• Typical office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
