Job summary

Responsibilities include outbound outreach, qualifying leads, guiding the sales process, and maintaining CRM records in a collaborative, incentive-driven environment with strong training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Experience in sales or client outreach is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients.
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities to present relevant services.
• Guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales cycle, including needs assessment and product recommendations.
• Support clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to internal service teams.
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, calls, emails, and conversions in the CRM.
