Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree (or higher) is required or preferred.
• Sales, business development, or client outreach experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients.
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities to present relevant services.
• Guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales cycle, including needs assessment and product recommendations.
• Support clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to internal service teams.
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, calls, emails, and conversions in the CRM.
