Nuvant Consulting Group is seeking an Account Associate to be the first point of contact for clients seeking financial guidance. You will understand client needs and help match services to goals, while building lasting relationships.

You’ll work with a collaborative team to onboard clients, guide product selection, and ensure satisfaction through regular follow-up. The role rewards proactive communication and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Prior experience in sales or client service a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries
• Learn about each client’s goals, challenges, and decision-making process
• Offer personalized recommendations based on data and conversation
• Walk clients through onboarding, product selection, and implementation
• Maintain regular contact to ensure satisfaction and long-term value
• Share client feedback with internal teams to help improve services and outcomes
