Job summary

Nuvant Consulting Group is seeking an Account Coordinator to help grow our client base by reaching out to potential clients, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward tailored financial solutions. You will be actively involved in outbound outreach, qualification of leads, and guiding prospects through the early stages of the sales cycle.

• Outgoing communicator with the ability to engage potential clients.
• Sales or client outreach experience is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Ability to qualify leads and guide early sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities to present relevant services
• Guide prospects through the initial stages of the sales cycle, including needs assessment and product recommendations
• Support clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to internal service teams
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, calls, emails, and conversions in the CRM
