Cloudflare is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Director to lead the DN/AI Growth Segment, driving acquisition and expansion for startup accounts on Cloudflare’s platform. You will scale a high-performing team with a founder mentality and deep VC ecosystem ties to capture high-growth startups.

You will leverage PLG motions and hyperscaler insight to position Cloudflare as the infrastructure layer for modern workloads, guiding transitions from self-serve to enterprise engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• 3+ years leading sales teams.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or developer platforms.
• Strong VC ecosystem connections and deal execution capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Own and exceed quarterly revenue targets for AI/startup segments.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Articulate Cloudflare’s value across connectivity cloud including Workers AI, R2, security, and developer platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Marketing to convert self-serve usage into enterprise agreements.
• Serve as executive sponsor for startups and VC partners to position Cloudflare as foundational architecture.
