Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Director to lead the Enterprise AI and Digital Natives segment, targeting premier SaaS platforms, hyperscale marketplaces, and AI labs. You will drive both new logo acquisition and strategic expansion in the SF Bay Area ecosystem as you scale a high-performing field team.

You will mentor teams, guide CTOs and engineering leaders on secure architectures and AI platforms (Workers AI, R2), and partner across Product, CS, Solutions Engineering, and

Qualifications

• A deep understanding of modern application architecture and edge infrastructure.
• Experience navigating hybrid sales motions blending product-led growth with enterprise execution.
• Proven track record mentoring teams in value selling to C-suite, CTOs, and technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed regional revenue targets with new logo acquisition and account expansion.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing field sales team.
• Act as hands-on trusted advisor to CTOs and engineering leaders on modern architectures.
• Articulate Cloudflare’s value across Workers AI, R2, security, and developer platforms.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Field Marketing on regional GTM.
• Maintain cadence for forecast calls, deal reviews, and executive account audits; close complex deals.
