Job summary

The Hanline Group, a food manufacturing, logistics and supply chain solutions organization, is seeking a Customer Growth Specialist in Westerville, Ohio. You will own the day-to-day customer experience and drive retention and expansion across a defined portfolio.

In this role you will create proactive communication, partner with Sales and Operations to ensure delivery aligns with what is sold, and monitor account health to identify risks and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing or account support roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High accountability and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the day-to-day customer experience across a defined portfolio.
• Create proactive communication and visibility before it is asked for.
• Identify and act on opportunities to expand within existing accounts.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure alignment between what is sold and how it is delivered.
• Monitor account health, trends, and risks, and take action early.
• Resolve issues with urgency and accountability.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and contribute to forecasting.
• Identify patterns and opportunities for continuous improvement.
