Job summary

The Hanline Group, a food manufacturing, logistics and supply chain solutions organization, is seeking a Customer Growth Specialist in Westerville, Ohio. You will own the day-to-day customer experience and drive retention and expansion across a defined portfolio.

In this role you will create proactive communication, partner with Sales and Operations to ensure delivery aligns with what is sold, and monitor account health to identify risks and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing or account support roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High accountability and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the day-to-day customer experience across a defined portfolio.

• Identify and act on opportunities to expand within existing accounts.

The Customer Growth Specialist owns the day-to-day experience of our customers and plays a critical role in retention and expansion. This role ensures consistent execution, creates proactive visibility, and identifies opportunities to grow within existing partnerships. Success in this role means delivering an experience that makes customers want to stay and do more with us.
