Job summary

PFSbrands in Northern Kentucky is seeking a Growth Support Specialist to drive new customer acquisition, secure product placements, and strengthen retailer relationships.

You will coordinate with Marketing and Sales to implement in-store campaigns, national promotions, and seasonal offerings, while tracking performance metrics.

This non-exempt, full-time role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-focused approach to support revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or retail account management.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities and secure additional product placements within retailers.
• Build retailer relationships and support in-store promotions and product knowledge.
• Coordinate with Marketing to implement in-store campaigns, national promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report findings to leadership.
• Promote customer loyalty through proactive retailer communication.
• Nurture qualified leads for the sales team.
• Collaborate with other departments to increase lead generation.
• Identify new lead prospects via internet research and social media.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
