Southern Company Gas, based in Atlanta, seeks an Inside Sales Coordinator to support Growth & Retention efforts for Atlanta Gas Light and Chattanooga Gas Company. The role involves tracking sales programs, producing regular reports, and ensuring data quality while managing program processes.

Requirements include a BA/BS with 2–3 years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and communicate effectively with customers and teams.

Formación

• BA/BS degree with 2–3 years applicable experience.
• Natural Gas industry experience with 2–3 years sales, construction, or GIS is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Track and report on sales programs including response and conversion rates.
• Prepare a variety of weekly and monthly reports to support the Growth & Retention team.
• Perform monthly data quality verification checks on new and existing projects.
• Manage in-house program administration: tracking applications, eligibility, customer contacts, payments, and correspondence.
• Educate customers on benefits of natural gas and conversion processes; answer related questions.
• Handle customer touchpoints, determine program eligibility, manage agreements and notes.
• Provide support for converting new/existing customers to natural gas.
• Maintain departmental databases and ensure accurate reporting for Growth & Retention.
• Provide ad-hoc support to management on reports, metrics, budgets and programs.
• Arrange meeting logistics and coordinate communications.
