Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of federal BD experience focused on HHS.
• Proven ability to identify, qualify, and capture new opportunities.
• Strong understanding of federal procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and opportunities and develop strategic pipeline for federal Health agencies.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with proposal teams to craft competitive proposals and supports reviews.
• Monitor industry trends and support annual growth planning and pipeline forecasting.
• Represent the company at industry events and build strategic partnerships.
