RRD Company is seeking a Digital Press Operator Apprentice for the 1st shift in Wisconsin. The role is full-time with hourly compensation from $20.00 to $26.00, plus comprehensive benefits.

The position requires operating and maintaining various press equipment, performing make-ready tasks, and ensuring color accuracy and print quality. Available shifts include 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a rotating 3/4 schedule and weekend work every other week.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of offset printing procedures and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications.
• Skill in making precise press adjustments and settings.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain press equipment.
• Perform make-ready tasks such as hanging plates and installing cylinders.
• Make color corrections and adjust presses to meet quality specs.
• Perform routine press maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
