Job summary

Critical Facility Group (CFG) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support multiple data center projects from early design through turnover. You will work with the PM, engineers, contractors, vendors, and operations to maintain project controls and ensure timely, high‑quality execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction, engineering, project management, or related fields.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• General understanding of construction documents, schedules, and cost controls.
• Proficiency with Excel, Teams, project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily project management activities for data center and mission-critical projects.
• Support coordination between design teams, contractors, vendors, and operations stakeholders.
• Attend OAC and internal project meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, and action logs.
• Maintain awareness of design revisions, construction impacts, and risk items.
• Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables; flag issues requiring escalation.
• Organize RFIs, submittals, and change events; ensure timely review and processing.
• Support budget monitoring, cost tracking, and invoice verification.
• Maintain project documentation within CFG's systems (Monograph, Teams, etc.).
