Job summary

Maleda Tech is seeking a proactive Operations Program Associate to help turn early-stage ideas into scalable programs. You will work alongside a Senior Programs and Business Operations Lead, collaborating with product, marketing, data science, finance, and operations to deliver value for both users and the business.

You will design, test, and refine programs, build supporting tools, and contribute analytical insights to drive growth on the platform.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in operations, supply, and marketplace dynamics.
• Strong data analytics and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally to remove obstacles and execute initiatives.
