You will work alongside a Senior Programs and Business Operations Lead, collaborating with product, marketing, data science, finance, and operations to deliver value for both users and the business.

You will design, test, and refine programs, build supporting tools, and contribute analytical insights to drive growth on the platform.

About the Role

Join a growth-focused business team that designs, tests, and launches new programs that deliver value to both sides of a two-sided marketplace. Working alongside a Senior Programs and Business Operations Lead, you will help turn early-stage ideas into working programs. • - Work schedule: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
• - Pay rate range: $50-$62/hour + benefits
