Qualifications

• 4–8 years in growth, operations, strategy, marketplace operations, or recruiting operations, ideally at a startup, scale-up, or research-adjacent org in the Greater Boston area.

Responsibilities

• Turn client briefs into live projects, from scoping and decisions through contributor instructions and recruiting.
• Build and run sourcing and screening pipelines for specialized talent, across domains and languages.
• Dig into the data to find out why contributors drop off or quality slips, then work with product and engineering to fix it.
• Turn one-off work into templates, trackers, and playbooks that other people can run without you.
• Keep leadership informed on contributor supply, quality, and project health.
