We’re seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a stable and growing manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving production performance, and working closely with other departments to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a production team of approximately 20 employees
• Oversee daily production activities, staffing, safety, quality, and efficiency
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs across multiple production processes
• Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to resolve production issues
• Coach employees, provide feedback, and maintain accountability to company standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience leading teams of 15+ employees
• Manufacturing experience required; food manufacturing strongly preferred
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to hold employees accountable
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills and experience with production reporting/KPIs

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
• Overtime available for hours worked over 40
