We are a premier, mission-driven food manufacturing organization dedicated to nourishing communities across California. We are a stable, high-growth leader in the fresh-prepared meal space, currently producing over 35 million nutritious meals annually for schools and community programs.
We've grown fast, and now we need a hands-on leader to help us level up. We are looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to implement the systems and structure needed to keep us moving forward. For a leader who can drive efficiency and build better processes, this role offers a path to very quick advancement. At our company, your ideas matter, your hard work pays off, and your growth is our priority.

Develop Your Team: Manage and mentor a diverse workforce, handling scheduling, training, and performance to foster a culture of accountability and respect.
Optimize Operations: Monitor production lines to reduce waste, improve yields, and troubleshoot any mechanical or workflow bottlenecks as they arise.
Report Results: Maintain accurate production logs, inventory records, and safety documentation to ensure the facility remains audit-ready at all times.
Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Background: Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMPs, and FSMA).
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, de-escalate conflict, and motivate a large blue-collar workforce.
Communication: Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred to effectively lead our team.
Reliability: Ability to work the 3rd shift (1am - 9:30am) and stand/walk in a chilled food production environment for the duration of the shift.
