Job summary

Binance is seeking a growth-focused professional to drive user acquisition and engagement for Earn products. You will coordinate with Product, Marketing, and VIP teams to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize outcomes.

You’ll work with cross-functional partners to onboard institutional clients, track growth KPIs, and stay ahead of DeFi trends in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• Experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development.
• Strong analytical skills with data- and feedback-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute growth initiatives and campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams.
• Monitor Earn product performance and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Track and evaluate marketing campaigns using data insights and feedback.
• Support onboarding of VIP and institutional clients to Earn products.
• Stay informed on market trends in Earn, DeFi, and Lending/Borrowing.
