Job summary

Binance is seeking a seasoned professional to onboard Earn institutional and VIP clients and to direct collaborations across business units. You will steer campaigns, product development, and cross-BU initiatives to expand Earn adoption.

The role requires coordinating with overseas partners in English and Mandarin, driving long-term growth, and shaping the direction of the Earn Platform in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Institutional Sales, Growth & Products with commercial metrics.
• Strong product ownership mindset for multi-BU / multi-product deals.
• Experience in Earn, wealth management, yield/staking or crypto products preferred.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Earn institutional and VIP clients.
• Manage Earn Institutional initiatives and direction of campaigns and product development.
• Bridge VIP Team and Earn Team.
• Streamline SOPs, collaborations and escalations with Earn Institutional team.
• Turn cross-BU requests into product improvements and campaigns.
• Align Earn Institutional offerings and internal Earn communications.
• Lead institutional BD deals and long-term Growth for Earn.
• Apply strategy across cross-BU initiatives (Affiliates, CMKT, etc.).
