Job summary

Binance is seeking a Growth Operations Manager for Earn products to plan and execute growth initiatives, campaigns, and communications that drive user acquisition and engagement. You will explore collaboration with token partners and coordinate with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor daily product performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve KPIs and growth targets in a fast-paced, remote-first

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a business-related field; crypto/fintech/TradFi experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; results-driven and self-motivated.
• Experience in operations, growth, or partnerships in crypto/fintech/TradFi.
