Binance is expanding its Binance Earn team in a role focused on identifying on-chain investment opportunities and bridging traditional finance with DeFi. You will evaluate yield strategies, assess risk structures, and collaborate with product and campaign teams to drive user growth.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in traditional finance, hands-on DeFi experience, and fluency in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.

Qualifications

• Strong background in traditional finance and yield sources across assets.
• Hands-on DeFi experience with Lending, Staking, LP, and RWA Vaults.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify on-chain tokenized traditional finance products and DeFi projects based on user needs.
• Manage internal collaboration opportunities and drive project evaluation with external partners.
• Work with product and campaign teams to plan and execute user growth initiatives.
