Greenlight Financial Technology is seeking a Director, Growth Marketing to own the strategy, execution, and financial performance for the launch and growth of new products. You will be the single-threaded owner accountable for revenue, pricing and payback in a fast-growing family-tech environment.

Your day-to-day includes leading end-to-end GTM strategy, defining target segments and personas, building launch plans with channel mix and milestones, and partnering with product, sales, and marketing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing and growth strategy.
• Proven track record of multichannel product launches and scaling D2C brands.
• Strong strategic and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior partners.
• Experience leading external agencies and in-house teams.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for new products.
• Align cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Design, Sales and agencies.
• Define target segments, personas, launch plans, and success metrics.
• Own channel strategy and CRO to scale high-performing acquisition channels.
• Analyze performance against growth targets and identify new growth levers.
