Job summary

NOCD, a digital health company focused on OCD, is hiring a strategic doer to define and build personalized experiences across our app and marketing channels. You’ll own onboarding journeys, lifecycle content, and messaging to help members move from discovery to their first therapy session.

You will partner with product, design, clinical, and content teams, lead AI‑driven personalization, and drive fast learning through rigorous experimentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product, marketing, or growth with measurable conversion outcomes.
• Strong messaging instincts and editorial quality.
• Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Comfort with analytics tools to diagnose opportunities.
• Familiar with lifecycle/CRM platforms such as Braze.
• Highly organized with clear priorities and data-driven decision making.
• Passionate about mental health and NOCD’s mission.
• Based in the Chicago, IL area and able to work 3 days/week in NOCD’s downtown office.

Responsibilities

• Own the journey from member join to first therapy session, reimagining onboarding.
• Design product flows, lifecycle journeys, and content across app and marketing channels.
• Own messaging strategy across the member journey and ensure precise wording.
• Lead AI-powered personalization across onboarding, community feed, and lifecycle journeys.
• Coordinate experiences across product, lifecycle, and channels (app, SMS, email, push, in-app messaging).
• Build a rigorous experimentation practice and drive fast learning cycles.
