NOCD, a Chicago-based digital health company, is hiring a Growth/Product marketer to own onboarding and lifecycle experiences within NOCD Therapy. You will craft product flows, content, and journeys that guide members from sign-up to first therapy session, using AI-powered personalization.
You’ll partner with product, design, clinical, and content teams to test, learn, and scale messaging across app, email, push, and in-app channels, driving conversion and broader growth for OCD treatment access.
NOCD is an award-winning digital health company focused on identifying people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and managing them using evidence-based treatment. OCD affects over 181 million people globally and is ranked by the World Health Organization as one of the top 10 most disabling conditions. Despite this, over 90% of people with OCD are unable to access effective care due to stigma and misdiagnosis—earning it the nickname “the secret illness.”
NOCD is solving this global problem by identifying OCD patients online and managing them using our evidence-based OCD treatment platform. Members can access licensed mental health professionals with specialized training in OCD, receive video-based teletherapy, and engage with tech-enabled tools and moderated communities for continuous support.
Today, NOCD manages the largest community of OCD patients in the world—and we’re just getting started
Each day, people download the NOCD app looking for help for their OCD. Many of them are still learning about what they’re experiencing and how to get care.
As part of this role, you’ll deeply understand what they’re struggling with, what may be holding them back from treatment, and what information, guidance, and experiences can help them take the next step. You’ll use those insights to lead and build custom, personalized experiences including product flows, content, and lifecycle journeys that we share via our app and owned marketing channels.
This is a strategic doer role: you’ll define the strategy, build and test experiences yourself, learn what works, and partner across product, design, clinical, and content to scale what’s working. You will have a cross-functional impact across content marketing and product to give millions of people with OCD the understanding, trust, and courage to start evidence-based treatment that can transform their lives.
