NOCD seeks a Network Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale the marketing engine that drives therapist applications and expands our clinical network. You will own the lead funnel—from employer brand to paid and organic channels—and translate data into repeatable, high-impact acquisition programs with strong cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes ownership, rapid experimentation, and a scalable growth engine to increase access to life-changing OCD care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience building top-of-funnel programs.
• Ability to design strategy and build channels from an early stage where no playbook exists.
• Proven content marketing experience that converts across channels.
• Strong CRO and data-driven decision making in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and project management.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel strategy and volume to hit weekly/monthly growth targets.
• Build employer brand and awareness to attract clinicians and brand NOCD as destination.
• Drive conversion rate optimization across ads, creatives, and landing pages.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track funnel performance by channel and campaign.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Network Growth, and Clinical leadership to align messaging with hiring priorities.
• Manage marketing budget to maximize cost-per-application efficiency.
