Job summary

Fireworks is building a growth platform that guides developers from first visit to first successful API call and beyond. You’ll own the end-to-end developer journey, diagnose problems, and ship data-driven improvements across onboarding, API surfaces, pricing, and lifecycle messaging.

You will design experiments, collaborate across product, design, marketing, data and sales, and move fast using AI coding tools while ensuring quality and reliability at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping user-facing products, including real-time surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own developer outcomes end to end from problem to production and learnings.
• Build growth foundations like event tracking, funnels and lifecycle messaging.
• Design and run rigorous experiments with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Talk to developers directly to observe failures and translate into working code.
• Craft fast, accessible experiences on marketing site and product.
• Analyze funnel and cohort data to identify the next bet and communicate results.
• Collaborate with product, design, marketing, data and sales for a self-serve growth model.
• Move quickly with AI coding tools while maintaining quality.
