Job summary

Fireworks is seeking a Product Manager, Growth to drive adoption across our platform for developers and enterprises. You will shape how developers discover, trial, and integrate our model-serving and API offerings, optimizing signup flows, docs, and pricing.

You will collaborate with engineers, design, marketing to execute a ruthless set of bets, measure impact with funnels and A/B tests, and turn ambiguous data into actionable steps that lift activation and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on A/B testing and funnel optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; align engineers, designers, and GTM partners around a shared plan.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and turns incomplete information into a clear next step.
• Technical background with a CS degree.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Take features from ideas through launch across the product suite.
• Analyze product metrics and use behavior to identify gaps and validate fixes.
• Work across engineers, marketing, design, and product to drive cross-functional execution.
• Spend time with developers; learn how they build and bring context back to the team.
• Drive execution across engineering, design, marketing, and product to show growth in the product.
